Donations
- Voluntary Donations:
- Donations made to SCBSF are voluntary and non-refundable.
- Donors are encouraged to review all details before making a contribution.
- In case of a transaction error or duplicate donation, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction for assistance.
- Refund Process for Errors:
- Refunds for donation errors will be processed after verification.
- The refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
Program Fees
- Scholarship Application Fees:
- Any fees paid as part of scholarship application processing are non-refundable.
- Applicants are advised to read the eligibility criteria and application guidelines carefully before applying.
- Event or Program Registration Fees:
- If a participant wishes to withdraw from an event or program, refunds may be considered if the request is made at least 15 days prior to the event date.
- Administrative charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of the event date.
Product Returns (if applicable)
- Physical or Digital Products:
- Any physical or digital materials (books, study guides, etc.) sold by SCBSF are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by providing proof of purchase and evidence of damage (if applicable).
- Replacement Process:
- If eligible for a replacement, the product will be exchanged at no additional cost.
- Shipping charges for returns (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
Cancellation of Services
- Educational Programs or Workshops:
- If SCBSF cancels a program or workshop, participants will receive a full refund.
- If a participant cancels their registration, refunds will be subject to the cancellation terms mentioned above.
How to Request a Refund

- Full Name
- Transaction Reference Number
- Date of Payment
- Reason for Refund Request
- Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 working days.
Exceptions to Refunds
Refunds will not be processed in the following scenarios:
- Failure to attend an event or program without prior notice.
- Refund requests submitted after the specified timeframe.
- Donations made through third-party fundraising platforms (subject to their policies).
