Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you” or “User”) and  Subhash Chandra Bose Scholarship Foundation (SCBSF) (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the [website.com] website as well as any related applications (the “Service”).

The Service provides educational resources and user interaction facilities, operated by Subhash Chandra Bose Scholarship Foundation (SCBSF). By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the West Bengal, India applicable to agreements made and to be entirely performed within the West Bengal, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Informal Negotiations: To expedite resolution and control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms (each “Dispute” and collectively, “Disputes”) brought by either you or us (individually, a “Party” and collectively, the “Parties”), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute (except those Disputes expressly provided below) informally for at least thirty (30) days before initiating arbitration. Such informal negotiations commence upon written notice from one Party to the other Party.

Corrections

There may be information on the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Service, including descriptions, pricing, availability, and various other information. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Service at any time, without prior notice.
